Admission Guidance
We simplify the admission process by assisting students with every step. This includes help with collecting and organizing essential documents like original 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates, passport copies, NEET qualification proof, photos, and medical fitness certificates. We also assist in securing the admission letter and invitation from the university and guidance through the entire embassy visa process. Our expert team ensures all requirements are met seamlessly.
University Selection
New Era Education shortlists universities based on various critical factors such as institutional rankings, accreditation, NEET scores, academic performance, budget, preferred Russian locations, campus safety, part-time work opportunities, feedback from current students, and climate conditions. We ensure the selected universities are MCI/NMC recognized, WHO-affiliated, and well-accredited to ensure future career scope and academic excellence.
Course Selection
Selecting the right course is vital. Our counselors help students discover their strengths and interests through deep consultations. Whether it’s MBBS or other related fields like nursing or physiotherapy, we help identify the most suitable program. We offer tips and strategies to help students make informed decisions. We also ensure they meet the eligibility criteria and assist with switching streams if necessary. Financial guidance is also provided including scholarship opportunities for high-achieving students.
Documentation Assistance
From passport applications to legal verifications, New Era Education provides full support for documentation. We offer assistance with passport applications on a Tatkal basis, help with educational loan applications by providing necessary documentation, and guide students through the legalization, translation, and attestation of all required papers for university admission.
Travel Assistance
We help students obtain the necessary travel documents and ensure they are prepared to enter Russia. Our services include collecting all required documents such as passports, invitation letters, HIV tests, fitness and COVID certificates, and visa applications. Once the visa is secured, we assist with booking air tickets, arranging foreign exchange, securing FOREX cards, and travel insurance through our partnerships with banks like Axis Bank, ICICI, and Thomas Cook.
Pre-Departure Services
Studying abroad is a major life change. We provide a detailed pre-departure orientation to prepare students mentally and emotionally. Topics include cultural adaptation, academic expectations, climate, food, and more. We also help students with airport pickups, accommodation arrangements, and provide them with a checklist of essentials to carry. Additionally, we host pre-departure get-togethers in 5-star hotels to ensure students and parents feel well-informed and confident.
Post-Departure Services
Our care continues even after students reach their destination. New Era Education representatives accompany students from the airport to their university and assist in hostel registration, room allotment, final university documentation, and acquiring local SIM cards. We provide Indian food, medical insurance support, library card issuance, health checkups, and equivalency certificates. We also monitor academic performance, help with parent visits, visa extensions, air ticket bookings, and offer assistance in emergencies. MCI screening test coaching and hostel room change requests are also handled efficiently.
